Canadian Sphynx
In 1975, Vadene (Minnesota, USA) in a domestic cat litter, a new hairless kitten, the owners gave him the nickname epidermis. A year later, from the same cat was born a similar pet. Both animals came to the nursery Z. Stardust. The epidermis became the founder of the first line of hairless cats, which date back some modern pedigrees. In the late 1970's to the streets of Toronto, in the same area where he was born Prune back, it was found three new kitten - a black and white cat and two cats. Unfortunately, the cat was in poor condition - he needed surgery. Therefore, at no further dilution Bambi (as it was called) did not participate. Both cats, Pinky and Paloma, came to Holland, where they became progenitors of the European line of sphinxes. To support the existence of genetic material of naked cats, their crossbred with Devon Rex. It is their type of constitution and zapechetlen in today's Sphynx.
